SUHSD BTSA Induction Mission Statement:

The SUHSD Induction Program is a job-imbedded professional development program designed to provide an effective transition into the complex responsibilities of teaching and to ensure all teachers are prepared to meet the academic learning needs of a diverse student population in the content they are authorized to teach.
