California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS)

Is a survey that will be administered with parents, all district personnel, and students at the middle and high school levels for 7th, 9th, and 11th. The surveys focus on the perceptions of school climate and connectedness, physical and psychological safety, engagement, supports, norms, and participating in decisions.
